I'm Mariela!

I grew up in the Dominican Republic, a humble beginning. I am a visual artist, writer, performer and entrepreneur. It has been my honor to work as a visual storyteller and serve more than 150 brands across 21 countries as well as working with several UN Agencies and humanitarian initiatives internationally. Transformation through art has always been my deepest passion. In 2007 I started a journey of traveling around the world exploring multiple trainings and modalities from fine arts to psychology, performing arts, yoga, coaching, shamanism and the wild - all as tools to heal the traumas of my childhood and unlock my inner wisdom. I am currently writing my first novel, Rotten Apple, based on her teenage years, which is the inspiration for my Rotten Apple solo performance
